Your E Cigarette Cartomizer and How to Refill it Using a Syringe

Today, where going to present to you how to refill your electronic cigarette cartomizer using a syringe. There are additional methods to fill up the electronic cig cartomizer, but we believe this is the quickest and fastest way to do so.

If you’re going to start, then you’ll need a few things. An empty electric cigarette cartomizer, E-liquid, & an electronic cigarette battery to test it when where done with the e cigarette syringe. The electronic cig syringe were using today has a 3 milliliter capacity, an eighteen gauge needle which is one and a half in length. Lets get our E-juice, take the cap off of the syringe. Before we draw the liquid out we want to make sure the plunger is down all the way.  Grasp the bottle in your hand, in the other hand get the needle. Aiming for the nipple of the bottle, inject the needle right into it. The eighteen gauge needle fits easily and goes in like softly. Now, pull on the plunger of the syringe. The eighteen gauge can draw very quickly. This is why you may want to do it rather slowly. I like to do a 1/2 a ML for each indivual e cigarette cartomizer. However, lets pull on the plunger. Now, pull it up straight and you’ll now have liquid in the syringe.

Today, lets inject our E juice into the electric cigarette cartomizer. We have 2 cartomizers here one with the cap on and one with the cap off. The electronic cigarette cartomizer with the cap off, has an intake hole on to the other end of the electric cigarette cartomizer. So what you don’t want to do is stick your needle straight in and inject the fluid. If you do so, what will happen is it will gamble leaking out on the other side. This could altur damaging it. Get your electric cigarette cartomizer and Instead of going straight into the electronic cig cartomizer. What we what to do is tilt it up, guide your needle of your syringe along the wall and push it in.


When you push your syringe through your vapor cigarette you’ll feel some resistance which is anticipated. The resistance is the poly fiber that you’re puncturing which is what you want to do in order to inject the fluid in there that is absorbed by poly fiber material. Tilt it up, hit the wall. Fill your poly fiber, Get your syringe needle and push roughly about half way through using your e cig cartomizer.

Another thing we enjoy is inject about half of the E-liquid in the syringe take it out & do a 180. When we do this we can actually hear the syringe’s needle poke through the electronic cigarette cartomizers poly fiber. Now, follow through & fill the other side up & that’s it for the refill process! Be certain your safety cap is placed on the syringe safely.

Another thing we enjoy to do in order to spread the E-liquid properly. Place the electronic cigarette cartomizer in your hands & rub it back and forth slowly & for around 100 secs.. If you did this correctly there should be minimal leaking, no mess and is clean and nice.

 
So now, We will start vaping using the 808 electronic cig battery… I really like the vape here. There’s more smoke from me moving it around with my hands, for sure a primary method. When were out we usually fill up about three to four vapor cigarette cartomizers and put on the boots afterwards. This of course depending on your personel vaping ways and always be certain to keep your E-liquid, syringe & other e cig associated things far away from pets or children. When you get rid of your syringe, be certain to have the cap on the end of the needle point for safety reasons.
